Califica usted para una solución bajo las Acciones Ejecutivas de Inmigración?

El 20 de noviembre de 2014, el Presidente Obama emitió acciones ejecutivas destinadas a arreglar, de cierta manera, el sistema de inmigración de los Estados Unidos. El Presidente Obama ha ofrecido diversas formas de solución para que aproximadamente 150,000 personas en San Diego califiquen dentro de las siguientes opciones:

  1. Acción Diferida por Responsabilidad Paternal, esto es, padres de hijos residentes y ciudadanos de los Estados Unidos que cumplan con ciertos requerimientos (DAPA); y
  2. Una extensión a la Acción Diferida para Llegados en la Infancia (DACA), para aquellos nacidos antes del 15 de junio de 1981, y diferimiento por 3 años en lugar de 2 años.

El departamento de Servicios de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de los Estados Unidos espera que las solicitudes estén disponibles dentro 90 a 180 días siguientes al comunicado hecho por el Presidente Obama el 20 de noviembre de 2014.
