Stephanie Ramos
Post-Bar Clerk
Ms. Ramos joined Hurwitz Holt, APLC in 2020. She primarily assists clients with their U-visa, asylum, or cancellation of removal applications. Ms. Ramos is a first-generation daughter of Mexican parents and was exposed to immigration law at an early age. She is a recent law school graduate who is passionate about immigration law.
While in law school, Ms. Ramos volunteered at California Rural Legal Assistance consulting with indigent clients on employment issues such as sexual harassment and wage and hour claims. She has also worked closely with criminal law defense attorneys, where she has learned about the long-term effects of criminal convictions in immigration. She has also worked at Disability Rights California where she has worked closely with civil rights attorneys helping disabled persons file civil rights claims under ADA.
During her free time, Ms. Ramos likes to spend her time outdoors hiking, biking, and traveling with her family and friends.
