Ms. Encarnacion joined Hurwitz Holt, APLC in 2022. She assists with employment authorization, U certifications, gathering evidence for U Visa and U AOS, FOIA requests and translating documents.

Ms. Encarnacion’s passion for immigration began at a young age as a first-generation daughter of immigrant parents. Previously a student at University of California, Berkeley, she plans to continue her education in time so she can further give back to her community. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her friends and family and read a good book.
