Mucia Rios joined Hurwitz Holt, APLC in January 2023. She assists with translation of documents and background checks. Ms. Rios primarily focuses are assisting with Adjustment of Status, Family-based petitions, Naturalization, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) applications and employment authorization. Ms. Rios also assists in Advance Parole for DACA Recipients and Military Parole-in-Place.

She was raised in Mexico. She received her degree in Law and is licensed to Practice Law in Mexico. She found her passion in helping the community through immigration. During her time as a legal assistant, she has taken an interest in one day becoming an attorney in the United States. She is currently pursuing a LLM in Comparative Law at the University of San Diego.

In her spare time, Ms. Rios enjoys spending time with her little Schnauzer, “Gigi”, finding new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, going out dancing and traveling.
