Ms. Garcia joined Hurwitz Holt, APLC in April 2021. She provides support in employment authorization, DACA renewals, U certifications, and the compilation of evidence for U Visa and T Visa applications. Additionally, she handles FOIA requests, offers translation services, and assists with Naturalization applications, Parole in Place, Advance Parole, Military Deferred Action, and Affirmative Asylum cases.
