“Ms. Garcia joined Hurwitz Holt, APLC in 2021. She assists with employment authorization, facilitating DACA renewals, processing U certifications, compiling evidence for U Visa and T Visa applications, handling FOIA requests, and providing translation services. Ms. Garcia also assists with Naturalization applications, Parole in Place,  Advance Parole, and Affirmative asylum cases.

Her passion for immigration began at a young age, as a first-generation daughter of an immigrant mother from Mexico. She has had the opportunity to surround herself with many different cultures from a young age in San Diego County. In her free time, she enjoys being with friends and family. She also enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and traveling.
